GF 加工方案携WorkPartner 1+模块式自动化系统亮相米兰 EMO 展会
GF 加工方案为米兰EMO 展会的观众献上高灵活性的自动化系统，System 3R WorkPartner 1+（WPT 1+）模块式自动化系统可用于铣削、电火花（EDM）、慢走丝线切割（EDM）和激光细微加工应用。整套系统库容大，可装入和卸下工件和电极，并节省宝贵的车间地面。
GF 加工方案提供8 款WPT 1+。生产车间可先配一个工件库并随着生产需求的变化，再增加一个。该系统可灵活配置库容量和版本（轻型，重型或回转工件库），还可为抓手和工作台夹头配气动控制系统，因此，可轻松用于生产单元中的一台或两台机床。大型操作门可使机床操作员快速和轻松地装件/卸件，在小批量和大批量生产中有效缩短切换的节拍时间。
GF 加工方案用户友好的WPT 1+生产单元管理系统运行WorkShopManager（WSM）软件。用户可用WPT 1+结构化地快速输入必要的生产单元数据和快速、准确和完整地查看整个工艺链。可随时调整任务的优先级，提高工作流程的灵活性。WSM 可降低人为失误的风险和提高生产工艺的稳定性。
在米兰EMO 展会上，GF 加工方案将FORM X 600 电火花成形（EDM）机床和LASER P 400 UFlexipulse 数字激光表面纹理加工机床与WPT 1+自动化系统组成为一套系统展出，充分展示这套自动化系统的灵活通用性，可满足多样化的生产工艺要求。
