HPC 240 - 用于铣削和磨削的电动主轴

监控选项

主轴诊断模块（SDM；黑箱）与 Step-Tec 获得专利的加速度传感器相结合，可记录所有工艺相关数据，包括沿三个轴的振动。SDM 还监控大于 30g 的碰撞事件并为其添加时间戳。

补偿

任何未被检测到的主轴运动或温度升高都可能导致成品工件不精确和表面质量缺陷。Step-Tec 为机床补偿提供各种监控选项，包括多个电阻温度计、传统热补偿装置和可选的轴向运动传感器 (AMS)。这些数据采集功能与 Step-Tec 出色的热稳定性相结合，可提供最佳的机床补偿，以实现出色的精度和表面光洁度。

主轴诊断软件 (SDS)

分析和数据记录软件允许我们的技术人员对加工工艺进行评估，以提供改进建议。此功能可延长主轴的使用寿命，并从初始调试开始记录行为，为现场服务工程师提供用于现场诊断加工问题的强大工具。
