Get first-class support by remotely connecting to your machine, allowing either you or GF support to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Remote Access includes direct file transfer from/to the machine, remote access to your machine’s HMI and expert troubleshooting.

Live Data

Gain real-time insights into your machine's status and performance, keeping you informed at all times. Live Data also includes machine real-time data analysis, push notifications of activity and messages through the Machine monitor application.
