Our refurbishment process begins with an on-site inspection at your facility, where we meticulously assess the condition and functionality of your GF machine. Following this, a detailed quote is provided, outlining all deemed necessary services including disassembly, thorough cleaning, component inspection, repair or replacement, and meticulous maintenance. Our skilled technicians or trusted partners then proceed with the refurbishment, which includes painting of the machine housing as needed. During the disassembling and expertise of the machine, should a part supposed to be replaced be eventually reusable or should a part that was not listed in the original quote need to be replaced, prices are adjusted accordingly. After assembly and rigorous testing - including geometry checks and test runs - the refurbished machine undergoes careful packaging and delivery back to your site.
