HPC 190 - Motor spindle for milling and grinding

The HPC 190 platform offers a broad range of metal-working solutions, not just outstanding spindles. The platform concept serves mold makers and part-production applications.
Ideal for roughing and finishing precision parts, the HPC 190 spindle platform accommodates housing diameters as small as 190mm, with speeds from 6,000 to 28,000 rpm, power from 8.5 to 114 kW S1 and torque from 43 to 150 Nm S1. The Spindle Exchange Program (SEP) guarantees no more than 24 hours of downtime (EU) to maximize machine availability and minimize capital investment in spindles. Built-in acceleration sensor maintains compliance and process safety while it speeds up part approval.
