Disassembly

After you authorize repairs, our specialists begin their work. We clean all components, restore them to their original specifications or replace them with genuine Step-Tec parts. We document every step of careful reassembly.

 

Cost estimate

Once we examine your spindle, we provide you with a detailed breakdown report, including estimated costs and repair time. This report includes all measurements Spindle Diagnostic Software (SDS) reports, photos and more. We hold your spindle until you authorize repairs.

Functional test
We test the performance of every repaired spindle for mechanical and dynamic compliance with specifications. On the test bench, spindles must meet original-equipment quality standards. We record all measurements and include the report when we return the spindle to you.
